Job Title ServiceNow platform (ITSM, ITOM, ATF) Location Sydney, Australia Employment Type Full-time, Permanent Seniority Level Mid‑Senior Level Job Function Information Technology Qualifications System administration experience in UNIX and Windows environments. Strong understanding and experience with the ServiceNow platform (ITSM, ITOM, ATF). Effective communication with technical management, individuals, and teams. Proven experience leading the implementation, integration, and configuration of ServiceNow ITOM solutions. Application development experience and ability to translate complex end‑user requirements into system requirements/code. Consulting on system credential requirements, troubleshooting permissions, and network connectivity. Familiarity with industry‑standard communication protocols (HTTP, TCP, SNMP, SOAP, REST). Technical background in Operations, Infrastructure, Application Support, or Application Development. Experience managing all phases of the application lifecycle (requirements, design, development, testing, deployment). Nice to have: ITIL certification. ServiceNow System Administration Certification. ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Discovery and Service Mapping. Experience implementing CSDM. Experience implementing Event Management. Knowledge of enterprise IT governance and management. Experience developing reusable test automation suites (especially ServiceNow ATF scripts).
