What You'll Do Monitor agent performance closely against established key performance indicators, providing regular feedback and guidance to help each team member grow. Lead your team with empathy and understanding, ensuring company targets are achieved through shared goals and mutual support. Foster a positive and collaborative working environment where everyone feels valued, respected, and motivated to contribute their best. What You Bring Demonstrated experience as a team leader within a call centre or contact centre environment, showing consistent results in supporting staff development. Experience working in a BPO providing services for government organisation (Advantageous) A proven track record of managing daily operations while maintaining high standards of customer service delivery. Excellent interpersonal skills that enable you to build trust-based relationships with both team members and customers alike.
