F&B and Event Service Expert – Lobby Lounge Join to apply for the F&B and Event Service Expert – Lobby Lounge role at Westin Hotels & Resorts . Position Summary Assist with the restaurant service period, tending to guests and exceeding their expectations. Engage and inspire guests throughout the complete food and beverage experience, focusing on their overall wellbeing. Maintain outlet cleanliness and ensure all checklists are completed daily with attention to detail. Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence with each customer experience. Support the Food and Beverage team in general operational tasks. Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests, creating intimate and distinctive experiences to enable future bookings. About You Up-to-date RSA. Relevant experience in a similar role. Working rights in Australia. Enthusiastic to advance your career. Self‑motivated, driven and energized in a fast‑paced environment. Armed with smart solutions and a can‑do attitude. Able to work a minimum of 3 shifts per week.
