With GOTAFE by your side, YOU’VE GOT THIS. Job details We have a fantastic opportunity for an Equitable Learning Support worker to join the team at GOTAFE. As a successful candidate you will be responsible for providing academic and learning support needs for students with disability. The overall goal being to encourage student independence with the development of strategies to assist the student with independent learning and study skills. As the successful candidate you will have: Outstanding customer service skills. Ability to set priorities, plan and manage resources, exercise judgment and initiative. Demonstrated understanding of the rules, standards and regulations that apply within the Disability Support sector. Ability to work collaboratively. A relevant qualification will be advantageous but is not essential. Required documents If you are successful in this role you will be required to provide: A current Police Check (date of issue is to be no more than 6 months prior to commencement date) A current Working with Children Check - Employee (or proof of application) A current Driver’s Licence (Car). The salary for this position is PACCT 3 under the GOTAFE Enterprise PACCT Agreement 2023.
