So if you are looking to be part of a high performing team within an affirmative and learning based culture, ACN is looking for you ACN Institute of Leadership ACN Institute of Leadership is responsible for strategically developing, leading and implementing ACN's prestigious and innovative leadership programs, initiatives and events to support nurses at all career stages to extend their leadership skills and confidence. Selection Criteria A qualification in nursing and leadership development or equivalent work experience. Demonstrated knowledge of the nursing profession and contemporary leadership development. A minimum of five years' experience in leadership development roles and/or management roles. Experience in designing learning programs and presenting workshops relevant to employer and industry needs. Proven ability to manage and develop stakeholder relationships and build networks. Commercial acumen. Proven ability and willingness to work collaboratively and influence diverse internal and external customers. Demonstrated high-level written and verbal communication skills. Proven well-developed interpersonal, problem-solving and time management skills. Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a high volume and deadline-driven environment whilst maintaining a high standard of work. Desirable Registered or eligible for registration as a registered nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia Please note: this role can be based either in Canberra or Sydney.
