Premium Sales Focus : Personally manage and close transactions for high-net-worth (HNW) clients focused exclusively on premium, luxury apartments, penthouses, and exclusive residential developments. Negotiation : Expertly navigate complex negotiations, contracts, and closings to ensure maximum value for clients and a seamless transaction process. Market Expertise : Maintain an expert-level understanding of the local luxury market, pricing trends, and competitive landscape. Marketing Strategy : Develop and execute sophisticated, high-end marketing strategies for exclusive listings, virtual tours, and private showings. Leadership & Team Management Team Oversight : Lead, mentor, and motivate a small team of agents to achieve and exceed sales targets and service standards. Performance Coaching : Conduct regular one-on-one performance reviews and coaching sessions to ensure team member growth and productivity. Training : Implement best-practice training focused on luxury client service, negotiation techniques, and specialized property knowledge. Business Development & Partnerships B2B Relationships: Proactively identify, forge, and maintain strategic relationships with potential clients and key partners, including property developers, wealth managers, private bankers, interior designers, and high-end legal firms to secure exclusive referrals and listings. Networking: Represent the firm at high-profile industry events, networking functions, and exclusive client gatherings. Required Qualifications & Skills Experience: Minimum 3 years of active, licensed real estate sales experience, with a significant portion dedicated to the luxury/premium residential market. Licensure: Must hold a current, valid Real Estate Agent or Broker license in good standing. Track Record: Documented history of consistently achieving and exceeding ambitious sales targets in high-value transactions. Leadership: Proven experience in a team lead, managerial, or supervisory role within a sales environment. Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills suitable for engaging with affluent clientele and corporate partners. Desired Attributes (Highly Valued) Bilingual Capability: Highly advantageous but not mandatory, being fluent in multiple languages (e.g., Mandarin Chinese, Cantonese, Spanish). This would be a significant advantage given our diverse HNW client base. CRM Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of CRM software and digital marketing tools relevant to luxury real estate. Local Network: An established, active professional network within the local luxury development and investment community. Commission Structure: Highly competitive, tiered commission structure designed to reward high-volume, high-value sales. Operational Support: Comprehensive administrative, marketing, and legal support provided to maximize selling time. Flexible Schedule : A full-time schedule, structured to align with market and client demands (Tuesday to Saturday).
