Job Description Coordinate and manage scheduling for bulk tanker operations in Melbourne. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements in all logistics activities. Optimise fleet utilisation to achieve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Monitor and communicate with drivers to ensure timely deliveries. Maintain accurate records and provide reports on logistics performance. Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer requirements. Resolve scheduling conflicts and address operational challenges promptly. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in logistics processes. The Successful Applicant A successful Bulk Tanker Scheduler - Operations should have: Experience in logistics, operations, or similar roles within the financial services industry. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of scheduling systems and tools. Familiarity with safety and regulatory standards in logistics operations.
