Des's Cabs is looking to fill a casual position with the view to Permanent Part time work ongoing within our 24/7 Whyalla Call Centre. Responsibilities Provide a professional level of service in-line with company policies and procedures Deliver a level of service that exceeds our customers expectations Ensure smart working practices are followed to contribute to ensuring and maintaining the smooth running of the daily operations of the Company Promote and portray a positive image for the Company To be helpful, polite, knowledgeable and resourceful Provide and maintain a safe workplace in accordance with OH&S policies and procedures Qualifications Demonstrates well-developed personal communication skills A high level of keyboard and computer knowledge, and data entry skills A high level of customer service and leadership skills Has the ability to listen and communicate well Demonstrates an ability to remain calm under pressure and able to work accurately in a fast paced environment Ability to work within a team environment The role of a Call Centre Customer Service Officer is a rewarding and responsible position within a dynamic company.
