Ready Resources (RR)  provides solutions to large mining clients across the Pilbara Region and beyond for their labor hire, maintenance, and asset management needs.  We are a leading service provider with large contracts and ongoing work with Top Tier Blue Chip Companies in the Pilbara.  Ready Resources are looking for quality Asphalt Fitters  for an  Ongoing Engagement.
What is entailed: Work autonomously and part of a team to complete tasks.
Ensuring mobile asphalt equipment and heavy vehicles comply with relevant safety standards.
Combination of workshop and field-based tasks Available for night time standby as required Ensuring all relevant permits and safety paperwork is in place before commencement of tasks.
Monitoring plant equipment for any defects.
Undertake equipment assessments and reviews and develop improvement plans.
What we are looking for: Trade Qualified Plant Mechanic or Heavy Diesel Mechanic HR License - Essential Strong written and verbal communications skills High value and focus on safety Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships Self-motivated and the ability to work with minimal supervision What's on Offer?
