With a strong pipeline of work we’re seeking an enthusiastic and motivated HSE Advisor to support our client. This 2/1 FIFO role offers the ideal balance of hands‑on site presence and office‑based HSE support , making it perfect for a safety professional who enjoys variety, autonomy, and meaningful engagement on site. The Role As an HSE Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting safe, compliant, and efficient project delivery. Working closely with site leadership, workers, and stakeholders, you’ll provide practical HSE guidance while helping drive a strong and positive safety culture. Key responsibilities include: Providing day‑to‑day HSE support, guidance and coaching to site personnel Conducting site inspections, audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance Leading incident investigations , root‑cause analysis and corrective action tracking Developing, reviewing and implementing HSE policies, procedures and systems Delivering toolbox talks, safety inductions and targeted HSE training Monitoring and reporting on safety performance, trends and leading indicators Supporting JHAs, SWMS and risk management processes across all work fronts Promoting a strong safety culture through visible leadership and engagement Ensuring compliance with WHS legislation, Codes of Practice and company standards Coordinating emergency response procedures, drills and readiness Championing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safe work practices Liaising with internal and external stakeholders , including sub contractors. About You You’re a driven safety professional with a practical mindset and the confidence to influence positive safety outcomes in challenging environments. You will bring: 1+ years’ experience in an HSE Advisor or similar role Experience in construction and/or mining environments Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and Codes of Practice High attention to detail with strong reporting and administrative skills Solid computer competency , including Microsoft Office and HSE systems Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and coach at all levels The ability to work independently on site while supporting broader HSE objectives Highly regarded (but not essential): ICAM or equivalent incident investigation training Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE) Previous FIFO experience on a 2/1 roster Why Join Crobby Group?
