We are currently looking for an experienced Restaurant General Manager to help lead our restaurant in Canning Vale, located in Perth, WA. The Role and YOU We’ve got an exciting opportunity for an experienced Manager to lead our team at Taco Bell Canning Vale . We look for leaders who are passionate about what they do, are motivated to inspire others and who are driven to create amazing experiences—most importantly for our people Deliver unmatched customer experiences Deliver great tasting, high quality, craveable and Instagram‑worthy products Live and breathe Taco Bell and inspire others to Live Más Uphold the highest level of hygiene, WHS & food safety standards Successfully implement local marketing strategies, pricing changes, products, and promotions Cultivate a strong training and development culture within the restaurant Oversee effective recruitment, selection, and onboarding of your team Effectively manage employee grievances and ensure that appropriate behaviour of the team is consistently maintained Foster a dynamic, inclusive & engaging workplace culture Publish staff rosters in line with your labour budget Place weekly stock orders and minimise food wastage Manage a profitable P&L to achieve targets and deliver on Balanced Scorecard objectives What You Bring Our people are HUNGRY for Más They passionately serve each other, our customers and the communities where we do business.
