As the Director of Legal and Integrity Services, you will lead a high‑performing team, provide expert legal advice, and drive ethical governance to support the Integrity Commissioner's vital work. The Queensland Integrity Commissioner provides confidential advice on ethics and integrity, regulates lobbying activity, and raises public awareness of integrity matters. Learn more at Your Opportunity As Director Legal and Integrity Services, you will bring your extensive experience in a senior legal role, preferably within the public sector or an integrity body, to support the delivery and promotion of our program of work. You will possess high‑level analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to exercise sound judgment in complex situations. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, you will work collaboratively to develop and implement organisational strategy and business plans, ensuring alignment with the organisation's vision, values, and priorities. What You'll Bring A degree in law and admission (or eligibility for admission) as a legal practitioner in Queensland (mandatory). Proven experience leading teams and managing complex legal and ethical matters. A strong understanding of public sector ethics, governance, and integrity principles. Exceptional analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills. Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement abilities. A demonstrated ability to develop and implement policies in complex political environments. Strategic leadership skills with the ability to influence organisational direction, contribute to executive decision‑making, and drive initiatives that enhance the overall performance and impact of the Office.
