APS 2 Production Support Officer (BH- ) Location Darwin, Australia Sector Call Centre & Customer Service Salary plus super We are looking for an APS 2 Production Support Officer to work with one of our key Federal Government clients in Darwin. Assignment anticipated duration is up until 1st July 2026+ Potential Extension Hourly Rate : $40.93/Hour + Super Location : Darwin Working Arrangements : 100% Onsite Anticipated Working Hours : Monday – Friday: Regular Business Hours Ideal Start date : 6th October 2025 Work Rights : Must be an Australian Citizen Great opportunity for career progression and possible extensions/conversion Easy to fill timesheet and on-time weekly payment. Job purpose: Help to provide a secure, responsive and efficient passport service through the professional delivery of back of house functions. Ensure that physical applications enter systems in an accurate and timely manner. Conduct other administrative duties to ensure appropriate storage and disposal of applications. Key Duties Management and distribution of high volume of mail and correspondence Perform high speed and accurate data entry, document preparation, scanning, personalisation, crop, document/photo exceptions re-work Analyse paper-based passport applications to online forms (as required) Provide various administrative support in relation to and prior to the issue of Australian travel documents, with guidance as required Assist in the travel document production workflow, i.e.: ensure data quality prior to the issue of Australian travel documents Undertake Quality Assurance of travel document application forms prior to print of travel documents Our Ideal Candidate MUST be an Australian citizen to be eligible Strong data entry skills High attention to detail Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to analyse numerical and written information Ability to do repetitive tasks on a daily basis Reliable and adaptable to respond to changes in workloads and priorities Sounds like you?
