Be part of an expanding organisation with a great team culture Full time position for immediate start with an attractive renumeration package The role has a variety of interesting responsibilities and tasks Rototech & Pope Group: an Australian manufacturer, supplier and service provider of Pope Electric Motors, Pope Ex certified hazardous area motors, VFD speed controllers, soft starters, gear motors and custom engineered control / starter packages. We are seeking an Electrical Technician with some experience working within any of the following areas. Motor control Packages VFDs and soft starters Electric Motor Packages Small installations, commissioning and servicing. We supply to a broad range of industries including mining, heavy Industry, food / beverage, HVAC, pumping, OEM's & end users. Key Responsibilities Install, program and service Variable Frequency Drives (VSD / VFDs). Carry out industrial service electrical work in-house and on-site as needed. Assemble, wire, and test new control panels & specialised electric motors. Provide customer phone support and on-site commissioning. Ensure compliance with Australian electrical standards and safety regulations. Desired experience and skills Electrical license & driver's license. Experience with either electric motors or control panels or VFDs. Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics. Good communication skills for interaction with customers & suppliers. An attractive remuneration package is available to a highly motivated person.
