Salary: AUD - AUD per annum + Superannuation Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer (.NET) Build. Ship. Improve. Repeat. If you thrive in a proper SaaS environment — where features ship daily, architecture stays clean, and engineers influence how things are built — this role is for you. We’re scaling quickly and looking for a Senior Engineer who wants to build product the right way: with quality, pace, and strong engineering principles. You’ll work across modern .NET, React, microservices and event-driven systems to deliver elegant, reliable and scalable software. This is a hands‑on role with influence. You’ll help shape engineering practices, guide design decisions, and mentor other engineers while making an immediate impact on the product. What You’ll Do Ship daily You’ll work in a real SaaS environment with continuous delivery, tight feedback loops and a culture of constant improvement. Design and build modern systems You’ll use .NET, React, event‑driven microservices, SQL and REST APIs to deliver clean, well‑structured solutions. Own meaningful product slices You’ll lead epics, break down complex work, make smart engineering decisions, and contribute to process and pattern improvements. Guide and mentor You’ll help lift engineering standards through pairing, code reviews and mentoring junior and mid‑level developers.
