Lead Dentist

Key Duties Leadership role and help mentor junior clinicians. Collaborate effectively with the wider team to ensure the best patient the clinic's high standards of hygiene, professionalism and strong relationships with patients and team members. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dental best practice. Maintaining patient records. Developing and implementing comprehensive treatment plans. Providing comprehensive dental treatments and services. Education patients on maintaining optimal oral health. Package and Benefits Opportunity to live and work in Canberra. Earning potential between AUD$150,000 to AUD$300,000 40%% commission on monthly sales revenue. Relocation support - up to $12,000, including visa assistance and APHRA registration. Key Skills and Qualifications Minimum 5 years' clinical experience Willingness to relocate to Australia. Exceptional communication skills to engage with patients and collaborate with the proactive and team-oriented mindset for mutual success. Unrestricted APHRA registration. Current professional indemnity insurance (or able to obtain). Valid UK dental license with eligibility for Australian registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and associated working visas (with support from the client). Experienced general dentist with a passion for quality dentistry, patient-centered care and clinical leadership.
