Marketing Coordinator

Direct message the job poster from McIlwain McIlwain are seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our Precontracts team where your marketing skills will be put to action as you travel to our project sites for content creation, assist with award and tender submissions, support internal campaigns and plan our various events across the business. The role is varied and requires the successful candidate to be interested in all aspects of marketing and events management. The position is based at our Head Office in Hemmant, conveniently located a short drive to the M1 and an even shorter walk to the Hemmant train station. Duties: Produce content for McIlwain’s marketing materials including the Intranet, McIlwain website, social media pages and quarterly newsletters Provide graphic design support for all business submission requirements Organise and coordinate McIlwain events Assist in collating information for submissions including project profiles and staff CV’s Develop and maintain McIlwain's website and Intranet Maintain the Submissions Resource Library Skills & Experience: Degree in Business (Marketing) and/or Communications 4+ years post graduate experience in a similar role Adept with Adobe Suite, Canva and social media platforms and graphic design Proven experience with events planning Exposure to website development highly regarded Career development and training opportunities Paid Parental Leave for primary and secondary carers Weekly gym or wellness reimbursement scheme Bonus annual leave days to encourage a work/life balance Salary Reviews undertaken twice yearly and an End of Year Bonus Scheme Cultural Leave Exchange Free NAWIC membership Employee referral bonus McIlwain is committed to nurturing a diverse and inclusive culture of opportunity.
