About the Role As our Despatch / Warehouse Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind back‑of‑house operations, making sure gear flows seamlessly from warehouse to customer. From inbound freight and Click & Collect to inventory control and team leadership, you’ll set the standard for efficiency, accuracy, and safety. What You’ll Do Lead day‑to‑day despatch operations, from inbound freight, Click & Collect Picks & Customer Collections to showroom replenishment. Champion inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and stock integrity. Manage Click & Collect with precision, speed, and compliance. Oversee warranty testing and claims processes with clear documentation. Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant warehouse environment. Coach and develop your crew to perform at their best every day. What You Bring Proven experience in warehouse, logistics, or retail operations management. A knack for stock control and keeping processes sharp and consistent. Strong communication and leadership skills, you get the best out of people. Proficiency with inventory systems (ERP, Google Sheets, etc.). A current LF Forklift Licence. A genuine passion for teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement.
