We’re looking for a Power Platform and SharePoint Technical Specialist to help us streamline operations, automate processes, and integrate systems that support our people and projects across Australia. This is a hands‑on technical role where you’ll work across Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, SharePoint Online, and Azure to deliver scalable, secure, and user‑friendly solutions that make a real impact. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain solutions using Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and SharePoint Online. Integrate systems and automate workflows using REST APIs and Azure services. Manage SharePoint environments and extend functionality using SPFx and PowerShell. Build CI/CD pipelines and support application lifecycle management. Provide technical support and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly. Support a safe, compliant, and collaborative workplace by following WHSEQ procedures, reporting incidents, and contributing to continuous improvement. About You You’re a technically skilled problem‑solver who thrives on building smart, scalable solutions. You enjoy working collaboratively, take pride in delivering high‑quality outcomes, and are passionate about using technology to drive efficiency and innovation. What You’ll Bring Proven experience with Power Platform, SharePoint Online, and Azure. Familiarity with Dynamics 365 CRM and Business Central. Strong programming skills (PowerShell, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, PowerFx). Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and data analytics tools like Power BI and SQL. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. A degree in IT and Microsoft certifications (PL-200 or PL-400).
