A leading client-side project management consultancy is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to take the reins on a high-profile hotel redevelopment in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD. About the Role As Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of a complex, design-led redevelopment project. With construction well underway, your focus will be on driving program performance, managing key stakeholders, and ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and commercial outcomes. You’ll work closely with a collaborative internal team and a diverse group of consultants, contractors, and client representatives. Your ability to lead with confidence, communicate with clarity, and solve problems proactively will be critical to success. Key Responsibilities Lead project delivery from construction through to handover and operational readiness Manage stakeholder relationships across client, contractor, consultant, and authority groups Monitor program, budget, and risk to ensure project milestones are achieved Champion design integrity and quality outcomes in a live urban environment Provide strategic input to project governance and reporting frameworks About You You are a confident and capable project leader with : 8+ years of experience in client-side project management or construction delivery A strong track record in hospitality, commercial, or mixed-use developments Excellent communication and negotiation skills A proactive, solutions-focused mindset Relevant tertiary qualifications in construction, property, or project management Why Join?
