What You’ll Be Doing Find the perfect match – support participants with our Workforce Australia program to prepare for, find and maintain sustainable employment. Boost confidence – help participants see their strengths, overcome obstacles and embrace their new employment with renewed purpose. Shake things up – provide creative solutions to overcome employment challenges, ensuring every participant has the tools and support for success. Advocate – act as an advocate for inclusive hiring practices and workplace adjustments. Celebrate moments – celebrate every successful placement with participants. Build lasting connections – form partnerships with companies passionate about diversity and inclusion, giving everyone a chance to shine.
