Senior Digital Specialist - ERP Applications (ERP/Procurement) Applications Close: 11:59pm, 10 December 2025 Overview Join the Oracle Applications Support Team within NSW Health. Provide techno-functional support across Oracle platforms to power payroll, workforce rostering, procurement and financial governance for a large, national-scale health system. Responsibilities Provide expert functional and technical support for Oracle ERP Cloud (Procurement & Finance), including requisitions, purchase orders, supplier management, invoicing and workflows Manage and resolve Level 2 and Level 3 production support incidents, defects, and escalations Lead quarterly Oracle ERP Cloud upgrades, including impact assessment, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production deployment Perform end-to-end SIT to ensure stability, accuracy and compliance of ERP changes before release Use SQL and troubleshooting skills to investigate and resolve data, interface and workflow issues Engage with stakeholders, vendors and technical teams, ensuring clear communication under pressure and following ITIL incident, problem and change management processes Note: This role is internally referred to as Senior Digital Specialist - ERP. Qualifications and Experience Deep Oracle ERP Cloud (Procurement & Finance) expertise with hands-on production support and swift resolution of Level 2 & 3 incidents Proven leader of Oracle ERP Cloud upgrades, driving impact assessments, SIT, UAT, and smooth production rollouts Strong SQL and troubleshooting skills to quickly identify and fix data, interface and workflow issues Skilled stakeholder communicator with solid ITIL incident, problem and change management knowledge in complex settings Experience with Oracle PaaS custom extensions, integrations (OIC, SOA, APIs) and custom Oracle solutions in large enterprises is advantageous Agile and Waterfall experience, excellent documentation skills, with background in large-scale healthcare or government projects Benefits Flexible work options Professional growth and career development Allocated day off per month Salary packaging Various health and wellbeing programs About The Opportunity Join the Oracle Applications Support Team, the backbone of NSW Health’s critical statewide operations.
