About the role We are seeking an individual to join our team based in our North Coast Veteran and Family Hub based in Tweed Heads (from January 2026) as an Engagement & Community Officer . In this role, you will be an integral member of the team supporting current and former Defence personnel and their families. This is a varied customer facing role, responsible for a range of initiatives including Event Management, Marketing & social media, Community Service liaison and being “the face” of the Hub. A true advocate for our client base, you will be genuinely invested in supporting current and former ADF personnel and have a kind and empathetic nature.
