The Riviera Aftermarket team provides our customers with personalised exterior paintwork, woodwork and stainless‑steel touches, interior fit, electronics, alterations, fishing accessories and more. From a simple antifoul and detail, right up to a full refit, our service facility offers boat customisation, service, repair and maintenance. About the Role This role is ideally suited to a good all‑round marine mechanic or engineer who is self‑motivated, dynamic and a competent individual who can work as part of our friendly team. You will be working in a fast paced and interesting environment on the world's best luxury motor yachts where no two days are the same. Key Responsibilities Undertake all aftermarket works, repair and service to Riviera luxury motor yachts. General mechanical duties such as remove and refit components, change water and carbon filters, service anchor winches and davits, perform minor plumbing tasks, conduct engine room checks identifying issues, oil, fuel, water, coolant leaks. Occasional 12/24 electrical tasks including bilge pumps, alarms, motors etc. Fit parts like ladders, cleats, & cradles, etc., service davits and winches, change water filter, carbon filters. About You Experience in the marine industry. Possess trade‑related transferable skills. Experience working with fiberglass and gel coat repairs, desirable. Strong communications and organisational skills. Excellent attention to detail. Team player. A great work ethic, with a positive and results driven attitude.
