About the Role Reporting to the Repco Trade Marketing Manager – ANZ, you will be the driving force behind planning and executing impactful promotional activities that deliver measurable sales growth while elevating our brand presence. Your role will be pivotal in creating resonant campaigns, enriching customer experiences, and ensuring every marketing initiative aligns with Repco’s values, tone, and market positioning. Qualifications Proven expertise with 5–7 years in a marketing role; experience in trade marketing is desirable but not essential. Strong experience working alongside creative teams and design studios to deliver standout marketing materials. Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and timelines. Outstanding communication and influencing skills with the ability to engage internal teams, vendors, agencies, and customers effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and competent in data analysis for informed decision-making. Creative thinker with excellent writing, presentation, and reporting skills.
