Salary: $110,000–$120,000 + super + salary packaging Summary As WH&S Advisor (Injury Prevention) you will work with a team of WHS Advisors, driving best‑practice safety initiatives while mentoring your team to achieve operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic and operational leadership for WHS initiatives, including risk management, safety auditing, and performance improvement. Deliver the development and implementation of safety as a core business value. Analyse data to identify risks and trends, using tools such as PowerBI to inform mitigation strategies. Collaborate with managers and operational teams to implement safe systems of work and embed a proactive safety culture. Support governance, policies, and compliance with WHS legislation and organisational standards. Partner with leadership to develop and implement WHS strategy, programs, and continuous improvement initiatives. Travel to multiple sites to understand operational challenges and work closely with facility and team leaders. Requirements Essential: Degree or Postgraduate qualification in WHS or related risk management discipline. NFP or healthcare sector experience. Strategic thinking and analytical capability. Experience in WHS auditing, risk management, and operational program delivery. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Desirable: Professional membership of relevant industry associations. Experience using PowerBI or similar data analytics tools. In Return Salary: $110,000–$120,000 + super + salary packaging.
