Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer (Technical Lead) with passion for financial products to join a growing team on a full‑time basis. If you join and grow with us, you will have the opportunity to become our Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Qualifications 5 years+ of commercially proven experience developing applications in PHP and TypeScript. Strong experience with CodeIgniter, Laravel, Next.js, Nest.js. Experience in systems architecture, designing complex systems and RESTful APIs. Proficient with a major relational database such as MySQL or PostgreSQL. Knowledge of cloud providers (AWS preferred). Solid grasp of fundamental design principles for scalability. Experience working closely with mobile app (iOS and Android) development teams. Team player who fosters a collaborative environment. Proven technology leadership within financial services or similarly complex environments. Strong background in payments or cards technology, transaction processing, or other high‑volume financial platforms. Demonstrated capability in strategic planning, architecture governance, and delivery execution. Ability to influence and partner effectively with senior stakeholders.
