Educational Leader and Second in Charge | Geelong We are a well-established childcare centre in Geelong , licensed for 120 children, and we are seeking an experienced and motivated Educational Leader & Second-in-Charge to join our dedicated team. About Your Role Mentor educators and create an engaging, safe, and inclusive environment. Step up as Responsible Person and assist with centre’s day to day operations. Support the Centre Director with admin tasks like rostering, enrolments, and parent communication. Coach and mentor educators to deliver high-quality programs aligned with of Early Years Learning, Learning Guideline and My Time, Our Place. Lead the development and delivery of a responsive curriculum that reflects children’s voices, identities, and cultures. Support program planning, documentation, and assessment to meet QA’s and NQS standards. Champion reflective practice, sustainability, and inclusive teaching. Drive continuous improvement through the Quality Improvement Plan (QIP). Build strong partnerships with families, community, and educators. About You: Must be an ECT in Early Childhood Education and Care Experience in a leadership or Educational Leader role Deep understanding of the NQF, EYLF, and National Regulations Solid communication and relationship-building skills with families, children, and team members What We Offer You Above award wages, rewarding your excellence Reward and Recognition program and a generous Employee Referral program Supportive and experienced management team.
