The Role:Due to exciting growth levels a new opportunity exists for a Site Foreman / Manager with experience across residential and commercial builds and a technical understanding of the building insurance and repairs processes.This role will see you managing multiple projects concurrently. From single residential dwellings to small commercial sites, you will be involved in the full lifecycle of the insurance claim and repair process.
Your main duties will involve:
Day to day management of trades on site, suppliers, completion of paperwork and other admin tasksEstablishing and developing a trade networkBuilding strong and ongoing working relationships with clients, trades, and key stakeholdersEnsure correct building practices and procedures are always adhered toEnsure projects are completed within set time frames and budgeted guidelinesEnforce and adhere to WH&S regulationsWeekly KPI reporting
Your Experience will include
:To be successful in obtaining this role you will have the following:Experience in managing residential home and small commercial site buildsBuilding insurance repair claim experience, both in working relationships with insurers and ownersRelevant Trade QualificationsA thorough understanding of Australian building regulations and WHSE regulationsThe ability to build and maintain relationships across clients, trades and key stakeholdersProject Management skills and the ability to mange several projects at a timeExperience managing and developing a trade networkAbility to read and understand architectural, structural and stormwater plansHigh level detail experience in structures and finishesProblem solving and working under pressure to meet deadlinesCompetency in specialised trades including structural steel, pre-fabricated manufacturing and concretingAbility to read and understand architectural, structural and stormwater plansYou must hold you Construction White CardHold a valid Australian driver's license
