‘Unicorn’ Content Strategist

Ideally a videographer or a genius strategist who can facilitate a content team, then that is also fine. There are two identities to pursue content through — the Fitness/Lifestyle Zac and the Business Mentor Zac — coexisting in a single content ecosystem. Fitness YouTube channel + vlogs + food content, Business coaching YouTube channel + education content, Instagram presence across fitness, lifestyle, business, skits, humour, and storytelling. This role is for someone who wants to be the operator behind the scenes — the strategic mind and creative engine who helps blend these worlds into one scalable brand. If you’ve ever wanted to run the full content machine for a creator with 800,000+ YouTube subscribers, massive Instagram reach, a coaching company, a fashion brand, and global campaigns, this is your shot. What You’ll Do (The Core Responsibilities) Content Production (Short‑Form & Long‑Form) Produce at least 14 high‑quality Reels per week for Zac’s main IG and TikTok. Edit or oversee editing for YouTube long‑form videos. Capture content on film days (gym, cooking, vlogs, travel, skits, business sessions) if you’re the filming‑focused candidate. Content Ideation & Scripting Ideate all short‑form and long‑form content concepts. Write rough scripts, outlines, storyboards, hooks, and frameworks. Pitch weekly ideas that blend fitness, lifestyle, and business. Create episodic series that grow both channels and Zac’s personal brand. Long‑Form Content & Cutdown System Oversee full‑cycle production of long‑form YouTube videos. Create cutdowns, Shorts, IG Reels, TikTok edits from each long‑form episode. Build a system so long‑form becomes a content engine for short‑form. Publishing & Scheduling Upload and schedule content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Shorts. Write captions in Zac’s voice (fitness + business fusion). Maintain a consistent posting cadence across both brands. Brand Direction & Personal Brand Growth Develop the overarching content direction for Zac’s fitness brand AND his coaching brand. Ensure every piece of content builds recognition, authority, or personality. Blend business insights into lifestyle content without losing entertainment. Position Zac as a top‑tier hybrid creator: fitness + entrepreneurship. Plan how the brand evolves over the next 12–24 months. Analytics & Optimization Track performance of Reels, Shorts, and long‑form. Identify what’s working and refine strategy. Recommend pivots, new formats, and opportunities for growth. OPTION A – The Operator (filming and editing and producing) Perfect for: Someone who wants to be the hands‑on creator capturing, editing, and executing Zac’s content at a high level. Be at shoots and filming days. Edit long‑form + short‑form. Build a content library. Own the technical side of production. Move fast and execute weekly output at pace. This is the videographer–editor–producer unicorn. OPTION B – The Strategist (Ideation and Direction + Team Building) Perfect for: A content strategist or creative director who may not film or edit everything themselves but can build and manage the system. Ideate content. Build frameworks, formats, and series. Hire and manage editors/filmers. Lead brand direction. Oversee the full content ecosystem.
