The ideal candidate will be passionate about coffee, customer service, and managing an average‑paced hospitality environment. Key Responsibilities Management & Operations Oversee daily cafe operations, ensuring smooth service and high standards. Manage staff rosters, training, and performance. Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and minimize wastage. Handle cash management, POS systems, and daily reconciliations. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations. Customer Service & Barista Duties Prepare and serve specialty coffee, teas, and beverages to a high standard. Engage with customers, providing friendly, attentive, and professional service. Maintain consistency in coffee quality, presentation, and cafe cleanliness. Handle customer feedback and resolve issues quickly. Leadership & Teamwork Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver excellent service. Lead by example with a hands‑on approach on the floor. Foster a positive, team‑oriented, and customer‑focused environment. Skills & Qualifications Previous experience as a Cafe Manager or Senior Barista (minimum 2–3 years). Strong coffee knowledge and barista expertise (latte art, grinder calibration, extraction). Proven leadership, staff management, and training skills. Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organizational abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume cafe.
