Responsibilities Lead the creative direction for all graphic design and motion outputs, ensuring alignment with brand and campaign objectives. Translate briefs into compelling visual concepts across digital, print, video, and internal communications. Manage and mentor a small team of designers and motion artists, fostering collaboration and professional growth. Oversee workflow and task allocation, ensuring timely delivery of design and motion requests from the broader marketing team. Review and approve all visual outputs, maintaining high standards of quality, consistency, and brand compliance. Act as a brand steward, ensuring visual consistency across all assets and contributing to the evolution of brand guidelines. Monitor resource capacity and project timelines to ensure efficient production and prioritisation. Qualifications Proven ability to lead creative teams and manage design and motion projects from concept to delivery. Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic design, motion graphics, and video production across digital and print. Experience translating briefs into brand-aligned visual concepts and managing feedback loops. Proficiency in design and motion software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Premiere Pro). Skilled in managing workflows, prioritising tasks, and ensuring timely delivery of creative outputs. Strong understanding of brand systems and visual identity management. What's Next Interested?
