About the role is looking for a Permanent Contractor Podiatrist to join our supportive and multidisciplinary team in our modern Boronia clinic. This role offers 2 days per week to start, with the opportunity to grow as your caseload builds. You’ll have full autonomy to manage your own patient list within a well‑established clinic that already has a loyal and growing client base. Our caseload covers everything from general foot care, diabetic and wound management, orthotic prescription, and musculoskeletal injuries – with no home or nursing home visits required. What you’ll be doing Providing comprehensive podiatry assessments and treatments to patients of all ages Diagnosing and managing a wide range of foot and lower limb conditions Developing and implementing customised treatment plans to address patient needs Performing routine foot care procedures such as nail trimming, corn and callus removal Confidence in minor surgical procedures when needed Biomechanical assessments for foot and lower limb Have access to up‑to‑date 3D scanning for orthotics Educating patients on preventative foot care and self‑management strategies Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic patient care Maintaining accurate patient records and adhering to all clinical and administrative protocols What we’re looking for Degree in Podiatry and current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) Desired 2 years’ experience as a Podiatrist, preferably in a clinical or allied health setting; however, new graduates are welcome to apply Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills, with a focus on patient‑centred care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and colleagues Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Proficient in keeping up‑to‑date records with notes and reports to local GPs Confident managing a varied caseload and building strong patient relationships Friendly, reliable, and proactive – someone who enjoys being part of a team that works hard and supports one another Specific training will be provided for podiatry‑specific software systems Passionate about continuing professional development and staying up‑to‑date with industry best practices Australian citizenship is required for this position What we offer At , we’re more than just an allied health practice – we’re a close‑knit team dedicated to helping our patients live healthier, happier lives.
