FIFO - 13 days on and 8 days off - FIFO and related travel time in 13 days on Must be based in Perth, WA We are seeking an experienced and talented camp cook and cleaner to join our team in Peak Hill, WA. As a full-time camp cook and cleaner, you will be responsible for preparing delicious, nutritious meals for our crew and maintaining a clean, organised kitchen and living spaces for up to 7 people at any given time on a regular basis. What you’ll be doing Plan, prepare and cook varied, high-quality meals for the camp Ensure the kitchen and dining areas are kept clean, tidy and well-stocked Manage food inventory, ordering supplies as needed Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety Clean and maintain the living quarters, including bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas Provide a good atmosphere in a mining camp environment by adding your own touches as you’re the sole position holder What we’re looking for Minimum 2 years’ experience as a camp cook or in a similar role Strong cooking skills and knowledge of nutrition and food safety Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent time management and organisational skills Diligent, with a keen eye for detail Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks A positive, can‑do attitude following site policies and procedures Communicate to site management any queries, issues and/or scheduled site attendees What we offer As a camp cook and cleaner, you’ll enjoy a competitive salary, on‑site accommodation, and the opportunity to work in a beautiful, remote location.
