We have roles specifically created for individuals with 18 months to 24 months of professional experience and are already looking for a role & a Provider with a Difference in addition to our core appointments of experienced clinicians with at least 5 years experience. Specific Needs Speech Pathologists, Dieticians, Occupational Therapists and Positive Behaviour Practitioners. Servicing NDIS participants Aged Care Medico-Legal ICWA and Private Health you can choose to focus your efforts in the areas you choose to specialise in. More information about this unique and purposefully created proposition can be found at Responsibilities Provide high-quality therapeutic services to clients under the NDIS and Aged Care programs. Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored intervention plans. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support client goals and outcomes. Monitor and evaluate client progress adjusting interventions as necessary. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with regulatory standards. Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with best practices in Allied Health. Requirements Degree in Speech Pathology Occupational Therapy Physiotherapy or an appropriately related field. 18 months to 24 months of relevant professional experience. Registration with the relevant professional body (e.g. AHPRA SPA ESSA). Experience working within the NDIS and / or Aged Care sectors is highly desirable. Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Current drivers license and willingness to travel as required.
