ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY We’re on the lookout for a dynamic, hands‑on Assistant Manager to lead with passion and purpose in one of Western Sydney’s most exciting venues. If you thrive in high‑energy, late‑night environments with live music, entertainment, and variety, this is your chance to make an impact. You’ll play a key role in supporting the Operations Manager and General Manager, ensuring every shift runs smoothly while creating an atmosphere guests love coming back to. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead, coach, and motivate a high‑performing team across bistro, café, bars, and gaming Oversee daily and late‑night operations, ensuring service excellence and guest satisfaction Manage POS systems, reporting, and compliance with venue standards and regulations Handle guest feedback and on‑the‑floor problem‑solving with professionalism and care Collaborate with management to drive innovation, consistency, and operational success HERE’S WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR You’re a confident, people‑first leader who brings energy, structure, and positivity to every shift. You’re driven by teamwork, thrive under pressure, and love the challenge of keeping a large, dynamic venue running like clockwork.
