Qualifications and Experience Required Minimum 5 years as a Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (LAME) in a General Aviation (GA) environment. Must have current licences – Part 66 B1.1 & B1.2 (B2 highly desirable). P&WC PT6 and Pilatus PC‑12 type ratings, or with company support, be able to obtain them. Active, on‑the‑tools role requiring hands‑on maintenance experience. Ability to communicate effectively in a complex technical environment. Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively and communicate changing priorities daily. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving ability. Takes personal responsibility for meeting objectives and progressing work; persists and focuses on achieving objectives, even in difficult circumstances. Strong team leadership and management experience – desirable.
