Follow established care plans. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders. Respond to crisis situations, offering immediate support and collaborating with appropriate authorities. Maintain accurate records of interactions, assessments, and program outcomes. Work positively and collaborate with team members to ensure the highest care and support provided. Requirements: YOUTH WORKER Cert IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention or other relevant field (eg: Disability, Mental Health etc.) – Or working toward Hope & Healing Certificate (or willing to obtain) Current First Aid and CPR (or willing to obtain) Current NDIS Worker Screening (or willing to obtain) Current (Paid) Working with Children check (or willing to obtain) Recent and relevant experience in a similar role 2 professional supervisor references Unrestricted Australian Driver's License Comprehensive Car Insurance (or willing to obtain) Come and join the team so together we can assist our community partners to continue making a difference to the lives of those they support.
