Job Title Teacher Community Language (Italian) – 0.4 FTE – Glenorie Public School Location Sydney Region – Hornsby, Glenorie Public School. Compensation Remuneration package valued at up to $156,253.00. Base salary ranges from $90,177.00 to $137,861.00, plus leave loading and employer's contribution to superannuation. Job Summary A permanent, part‑time teaching role (2 days per week) teaching Community Language Italian to primary students (K‑6). Duties include lesson planning, explicit teaching strategies, classroom management, and participation in extra‑curricular activities. Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging lessons in Italian for primary students. Apply explicit teaching strategies to improve learning outcomes. Implement effective classroom management systems. Collaborate with staff, students, and parents. Assist in extra‑curricular activities and cultural events. Qualifications & Criteria Unconditional full approval to teach in NSW. Approved to teach Community Language Italian. Experience teaching primary (K‑6). Demonstrated ability to implement explicit strategies and classroom management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Conditions Applicants must hold a full NSW teaching approval and include their WWCC clearance number in the application.
