We supply high-quality personalized nutritional care tailored to the needs of different customer groups.
The company is looking for a Marketing Specialist to join us in our head office on a permanent full-time basis.
If you're a marketing-savvy self-starter with the communication skills and the research skills and persistence to figure out anything you're given, then this is the position for you.
Duties and responsibilities of the position • Identify market opportunities and advise on the development, coordination and implementation of plans promoting the company's products; • Determine the market for new products and identify and develop market opportunities; • Develop promotion strategies for different sales channels; • Drafting and developing marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing and relevant campaigns; • Writing and proofreading marketing copy for both online and print campaigns • Develop new and enhance existing business relationships with local and overseas suppliers; • Initiate strategic partnerships with e-commerce platforms; • Keep up with e-commerce marketing trends and advise on new channels and approaches to adopt; • Evaluate and reviewing marketing campaigns and report to management.
Skills and experience required: • Tertiary education in marketing, business or related field • English and Mandarin bilingual language skills are essential • Minimum 1 year experience in a marketing role; • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills; • Strong organisational and time management skills; • In-Depth knowledge of current marketing trends and processes, especially good understanding of the Chinese market and consumers; • Understanding and ability to apply digital marketing methods; • Ability to think creatively and bring innovative solutions to marketing challenges; • Ability to work individually as well as contribute to a team; • Strong internal and external relationship management skills.
A remuneration package including base salary and superannuation is available.
