What You'll Do:

As a Security Professional within our esteemed team, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding our clients' infrastructure against cyber threats. Your responsibilities will include:

Leveraging your expertise in endpoint security tools such as McAfee VirusScan, Carbon Black EDR, and Tenable Nessus to implement robust defense mechanismsConducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and effectively managing P1/P2 incidents to minimize downtime and mitigate risksReviewing systems documentation including run books, design documents, and technical maintenance documents to ensure adherence to industry best practicesAnalyzing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and facilitating the mitigation of non-compliant indicators to maintain a robust security postureUtilizing your experience in client reporting and stakeholder communication to provide clear and concise updates on security status and initiatives

Requirements

To excel in this role, you'll need:

Proven expertise in endpoint security tools, with hands-on experience in McAfee VirusScan, Carbon Black EDR, and Tenable NessusA track record of effectively managing incidents, conducting RCA, and implementing solutions to prevent recurrenceStrong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to review complex technical documentation and reportsExperience in analyzing KPIs and driving initiatives to address non-complianceExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with clients and stakeholders effectively
