Management Consultants – Tech Strategy

On behalf of my client, who is an Australian owned management consulting firm, I am currently looking for multiple ICT Management Consultants / Strategy Consultants who are looking for a new permanent role based in Canberra. Predominantly we are looking for candidates that hold a minimum of Baseline Security Clearance and have worked in similar roles specialising in business & technology strategy, performance improvement or change / transformation services. Baseline / NV1 Security Clearance Canberra based only Permanent Full Time Within these roles you will be responsible for providing consulting services predominately in the government sector, working with clients to solve complex challenges and achieve meaningful change. About you 1-4 years experience in preparing strategic advice, stakeholder engagement and/or change / transformation management advice Experience working in a Big4 consulting firm Exposure to projects across the public sector – Federal Government, State Government and/or Defence Ideally have experience with Data or Cloud transformation projects Well-developed collaboration, interpersonal and verbal communication skills, with excellent business writing and excel skills Ambitious by nature, keen to learn from some of the best in the industry eager to learn and develop a career in public sector strategy consulting space Capability to build on client relationships and willingness to lead new programs of work Experience working on technology transformation/upliftprojects Professional tertiary qualifications in business, finance, technology or similar Active Baseline/NV1 Security Clearance or Canberra based Responsibilities Perform research and data analysis to support client recommendations Prepare reports and presentations in line with firm style and professional standards Apply structured problem-solving frameworks to client challenges Work collaboratively within teams and contribute to relationship management Take ownership of analysis and synthesis of specific parts of a client problem Prepare insights and suggest logical conclusions Lead smaller client meetings and facilitate discussions Enhance verbal and written communication, particularly in client-facing interactions Benefits Performance bonus Additional leave entitlements New tech allowance upon starting Firm-sponsored opportunities for personal and professional growth Multiple on and offsite team building and planning events throughout the year Incredible team culture – supportive, likeminded, flat structured, friendly, social Broad client exposure across public sector Join a boutique agency that’s growing and winning work in the public sector Be careful - Don’t provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
