Their Lismore‑based feed mill plays a key role in producing high-quality stockfeed, delivering up to 700 tonnes across their 26 retail stores and bulk‑order customer network. The Role This position is responsible for the leadership and management of all feed mill operations, ensuring the safe, efficient, and high‑quality production of stockfeed. Joining an established team, the role oversees milling production, quality and safety systems, team development, warehousing/logistics, and equipment reliability. Key responsibilities include: Manage daily operations including production, warehousing, and logistics Lead and develop a 16‑person team across admin, milling, and transport Drive safety, quality, and compliance including FeedSafe accreditation Optimise production performance, manage budgets, and deliver against KPIs Oversee preventative maintenance and capital works planning About You Our ideal candidate is an experienced people leader with a strong background in feed milling or fast‑paced production environments. Confident managing safety‑critical operations, budgets, and quality systems, they will bring a collaborative leadership style that supports accountability and development.
