Business Analyst – Manufacturing & Supply Chain (ERP) We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with deep, practical knowledge of Supply Chain–driven manufacturing operations . This role is hands‑on. You must understand how supply chain and manufacturing businesses operate end to end , not just from documentation, but from real exposure within a manufacturing and supply chain environment . You will work closely with business SMEs, supply chain and operations leaders , and project teams to define requirements, map processes, support solution design, and ensure our new system reflects how the supply chain and manufacturing business truly functions . Key Responsibilities Analyze, document, and validate end-to-end supply chain and manufacturing business processes . Demonstrate strong understanding of core supply chain processes , including Manufacturing Orders, Transfer Orders, Purchase Orders, Inventory Management, Warehousing, Logistics, and related workflows. Lead detailed supply chain process walkthroughs and work with SMEs to map end-to-end operational scenarios. Support the definition of security roles in the new system, aligned to supply chain and operational responsibilities , based on legacy system rules and business processes. Gather requirements through direct engagement with supply chain and operations teams , not by relying solely on SME-provided test scenarios. Produce high-quality process documentation, user stories, functional specifications, and supply chain–focused test scenarios . Participate in solution design sessions, validating that outcomes align with supply chain and operational business needs . Support testing, data validation, and change activities across manufacturing and supply chain functions throughout the project lifecycle. Present deliverables in interviews and workshops and walk stakeholders through real supply chain examples of previous work (with client information removed). Work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams to ensure supply chain solutions are practical, aligned, and understood. About You Strong practical background working within supply chain–centric manufacturing environments . Demonstrated understanding of end-to-end supply chain operational workflows . Hands‑on experience defining security roles in ERP implementations, including translating legacy system roles into new system structures, particularly for supply chain functions . Ability to talk through real supply chain scenarios and show tangible examples of deliverables you have produced. Proven success gathering requirements directly from business operations and supply chain teams , not just through IT intermediaries. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to translate supply chain business processes into clear documentation. Excellent communication and workshop skills. Experience in ERP environments (Dynamics F&O – Supply Chain modules or similar ) is highly regarded. #J-18808-Ljbffr
