Growing Sydney based family business seeking an experienced or trainee beer & postmix installer to join our team. This is an exciting and unique opportunity with in-house training to learn the beer and beverage industry. This is a permanent full‑time position and available for immediate start for the right candidate. Company vehicle + Overtime/TOIL packages available + super. Hourly rate is negotiable based on experience. About us We are a well-established and growing Sydney based company seeking someone to join our installation team. The company is situated in south‑west Sydney (Macarthur Region) but works all over Sydney providing beer and postmix installation to new and existing venues across Sydney. About you Reliable and punctual. Possess a strong work ethic and keen eye for detail. Construction experience would be an advantage. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Willingness to learn and take on board communication from your peers. Positive attitude and ambition to always do better and learn more. Daily duties will include Installation of beer & postmix systems. Servicing and maintaining beer & postmix systems. Working alongside refrigeration & beer technicians. Calibrating & servicing of CO₂ monitors. Liaising with builders, project managers & customers. Maintaining a clean and tidy works site. The successful applicant can look forward to Company work vehicle (pending successful probation period). Competitive remuneration package. Regular team catch‑ups and open‑door policy.
