We are currently recruiting qualified and dedicated Personal Care Workers for casual opportunities within aged care facilities located in the Gold Coast and surrounds . Position Summary As a Personal Care Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting elderly residents with their day-to-day needs while promoting dignity, safety, and wellbeing in a professional care environment. Key Responsibilities: Deliver personal care and assistance with activities of daily living. Monitor and report changes in residents' health to the nursing team. Participate in the implementation and review of resident care plans. Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all residents. Uphold resident confidentiality, dignity, and privacy at all times. Work effectively within a team-based facility environment. Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent. Prior experience in residential aged care settings is mandatory. Full Australian working rights. Current Queensland "C" Class Driver's Licence. National Police Check. Current First Aid and CPR certification. What We Offer Competitive casual pay rates.
