Who We Are Looking For Bachelor of Laws or Equivalent, with a minimum of 1+ year experience in Insurance Litigation to include Personal Injury / Debt Recovery / General Insurance Claims and Litigation. Good understanding of the relevant legislation and processes. Attention to detail and a proactive, solution‑focused mindset. Strong research and drafting skills and excellent written and communication skills. Organised to be able to manage multiple priorities. Ability to work independently and also within a team. Contribute to a team effort to manage increasing caseloads efficiently. Experience with LawMaster is highly regarded, but not essential. Key Responsibilities Assisting with the management of claims from lodgement to resolution. Preparing case files, reviews and documentation for hearings and negotiations. Supporting the Litigation team with the management of a key insurance client. Supporting senior lawyers during client meetings, conciliation conferences and hearings. Maintaining high levels of communication and communicating effectively with clients, colleagues and external stakeholders.
