Procare's Factual Investigation Division are seeking Factual Investigators knowledgeable in Workers Compensation and CTP investigations to join our expanding team in Western Sydney . As a Factual Investigator your day is designed by you – this role offers a unique opportunity for variety and autonomy over your working day. We have full-time, casual and contractor roles available for skilled Factual Investigators. The Role Attend various locations, predominantly within Parramatta and a proportion of work across NSW; Interview appropriate key parties taking statements, collate relevant evidence to produce detailed and accurate reports in a timely manner; Maintain effective and appropriate communication with our investigations support team and other relevant parties; Prepare and draft factual reports. About You Hold a Certificate III in Investigations and a current and valid Investigators Licence (Class 2E); Have a current and valid driver's licence and vehicle; Experience conducting Workers Compensation and/or CTP investigations is preferred; Have excellent written and verbal communication skills; Strong attention to detail and are self‑motivated to meet deadlines; If a contractor: Set up as a Pty Ltd or Sole Trader and have relevant insurances.
