About the Role The incumbent for the position of Business Development Manager will be an integral member of our team and is pivotal to GNA Services meeting operational and strategic objectives. This is a full-time role based at our head office in Gosnells. Your key duties and responsibilities will include the following: Development and review of a robust marketing plan that aligns with the organisation’s purpose, mission, values, and strategic plan. Actively promote GNA Services’ service offerings, brand, and values through professional engagement, networking, and community outreach like expos and networking events. Consolidate on existing referral networks such as LACs, hospitals, Support Coordinators, and healthcare professionals. Identify and pursue new business opportunities across referral networks, partnerships, events, and community platforms, and help grow the GNA Services brand. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, their families, and key external stakeholders. Conduct initial consultations with prospective clients to understand their service needs and successfully convert leads into active clients. Oversee and facilitate the client onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition from initial contact and complete all onboarding documentation ready for handover to operations. Meet and exceed business growth KPIs through proactive generation of leads and efficient conversion strategies. About You The successful applicant will meet the following essential criteria: Experience in both a business development or intake-focused role, ideally within human services such as Disability or Aged Care sectors. Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience required with a proven track record of achieving strategic business growth targets. Established and/or the ability to build strong relationships with clients, case managers and other key stakeholders. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, and ability to work autonomously. Eligible to work in Australia with valid Australian working rights. Current full WA driver's license, own vehicle with comprehensive insurance, and willingness to travel as needed. Previous experience transitioning NDIS participants from hospital to community-based services. Experience using CRM or care management systems.
