New Business Coordinator - Property Management We are seeking a confident, proactive and highly organised Administration Coordinator to join our Property Management / New Business team. This is a fast-paced, client-facing role supporting our Head of New Business, who is also a Partner of the agency. You will be working one-on‑one with Blake who is a respected leader with over a decade of success in the business – receiving mentorship, hands‑on training, and career development within one of Sydney's most successful real estate groups. Your Key Responsibilities Manage the Head of New Business's diary and daily operational needs Make service calls to nurture clients and build relationships Arrange new rental setup such as cleaning, keys and trade coordination Assist with private inspections and buyer/tenant enquiry follow‑up Carry out administration and weekly reporting Coordinate rental marketing, ad creation & photography appointments Support and train the Leasing Team when required Manage social media and marketing content for the new business team Attend sales meetings, training sessions and internal events What You'll Bring Strong organisation and prioritisation abilities Clear, confident communication skills (written & verbal) Ability to work well under pressure in a high‑activity environment A friendly yet confident approach Strong attention to detail and follow‑up discipline Professional presentation & positive energy Ability to support and 'manage up' when working closely with a senior leader Requirements Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (mandatory) Full working rights in Australia Nice to Have Previous real estate or administration experience Customer service / client‑facing background If you are motivated, organised, and ready to develop your career in a high‑growth real estate environment, we would love to hear from you.
